The winds have captured me on a sea of UNCERTAINTIES...
... My faith slumped
Smitten by lies
Believed in things so UNREAL
Slumbered in the lullaby of dreams....
On a sea of false hopes...
Left in the nothingness of a dark, cold night....
Nothingness- I see but scattered pieces of me,
A soul left all alone, hiding endless tears…
Struggling and so daring…
I did question HIM…
Questioned HIM who has given LIFE to ME…
With rivers of tears overflowing, that turned into ocean…
Dared to race the waves alone and ungrateful…
… Began to lose my breath, still never yearning to learn…
Losing my life…
I look back through all my times…
Who am I?
… To question HIM who knew me well and LOVED ME BEFORE MY TIME…
So focused on my STORMS…
… Never appreciating MY SUNSHINE.

Who blesses me with every air that I breathe
Who knows every fragment of my torn soul...
...Every drop of tears that never made me whole.
Who enlightens my spirit to have a beautiful life- on a sunny and stormy weather...
Why will I hate YOU?
... Who loves me despite my foibles and inadequacies
Who keeps on holding on to me through all uncertainties...
Who WALKS with ME at MY BEST...
...And CARRIES ME at MY WORST
Oh LORD... I THANK YOU NOW
... For NEVER letting go despite of being ME...
An UNGRATEFUL SINNER so LOVED by YOU UNCONDITIONALLY!
Let EVERYDAY be a THANKSGIVING DAY!
... Never lose the courage to have a THANKFUL heart all the days of your life. Open up your eyes and realize that there are blessings even at your darkest hour... for no matter how uncertain life is, we live each day in the SECURITY of HIS LOVING EMBRACE.

It is easy to be overcome with seeing only the despair of our circumstances instead of reaching out to the hope and unconditional love that is offered. You've expressed this nicely.
